How Does the Program Work?
In exchange for a commitment to a minimum quarterly purchase of Rusk products, salon owners earn valuable points for each dollar spent,
redeemable for in-salon classes, as well as tools, accessories and Rusk products. The educational aspects of our program build invaluable
firsthand experience for stylists, while the free samples and back-bar products are an effortless means of building retail and service
business.
What are the Rules and How do I Maintain Eligibility?
Though purchases are made monthly, Source Salon qualifications are measured on a quarterly basis. If you are a Salon in good standing with
your distributor, you are eligible to become a Rusk Source Salon if you can keep a minimum purchase balance of $450 per quarter. The more
products you purchase, the more points you earn. If the minimum purchase requirement is not met in any two consecutive quarters, the
membership will expire and all benefits and the value thereof shall be immediately forfeited and no benefit or rewards claim shall be honored
thereafter. All eligible benefits and rewards can accumulate but must be redeemed within two calendar years and do not carry over after that
time period. Points may be used to purchase rewards or education only; they have no other value. Rewards and point values are subject to
change without notice. If you have any questions on when your points expire, just check your status on-line.
How Do I Accumulate and Redeem Points?
After the initial purchase to become a Source Salon, points are accumulated based on purchases (1 point for every dollar spent on Rusk
purchases). Source Salons will receive a reward statement directly from Rusk on a quarterly basis, stating how many points have been
accumulated and how they may be redeemed. Source Salons can request a Source Salon Rewards Form from their distributor or directly from Rusk
and mail it in, or you can check your point balance and redeem your valuable points on-line at www.rusk1.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
orders over the telephone. Orders are shipped UPS. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. You can shop and browse through the Rewards
Catalog on-line, anytime, 24/7.
How Do I Signup?
A Salon Sales Consultant from the authorized Rusk distributor for your area can qualify your salon, place product orders and register your
salon with Rusk. Simply call your Rusk distributor, or if you have any questions or comments, contact us at 800-829-7875. We can help you
